Gift Certificate - Physical

Redemption Terms:

There is no time limit for redemption.

Currently, our system only allows each certificate code to be used once. To redeem a certificate balance, please enter the code provided in the Coupon Code box in your cart and click apply. If the full balance of a gift certificate is not used within a single transaction, we will transfer the remaining balance to a new certificate code and provide this directly to the recipient when we process the order.

Our system automatically allocates certificate balances against merchandise totals and the related taxes only. To allocate any remaining balance towards any delivery costs, "Gift Certificate" should be selected as a payment method on checkout and we will process the sale offline, deduct the shipping costs from the certificate balance and send the recipient a new certificate code for the remaining balance. If any shipping costs remain unpaid after the remaining certificate balance is used, we will contact the certificate recipient to arrange payment before their order is dispatched.

Gift certificates cannot be used as payment towards other gift certificates. We will not complete an order where a gift certificate code has been used as a payment method (part or whole) for another gift certificate, unless the balance of other items in the cart is more than the remaining balance of the gift certificate. Instead, we will transfer the balance that was on the original code immediately before the attempted purchase to a new certificate code and provide this to the recipient so they can continue to use the remaining balance going forward.

Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.
