We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please read the following details on how we can best assist you in completing a return & refund on returnable merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns initiated within 7 days of your delivery / collection date on returnable merchandise.

What can be returned

The following items may be returned:

Any item that is in its original unused, saleable condition. Where pre-packaged, the item's packaging must be complete and intact;

Any item that is defective;

Any item received in error, i.e. was not what you ordered

Please note, there are some items that we do not accept returns on (see below), including per yard / meter fabric sales although we reserve the right to accept the return of any complete rolls that are part of a per yard / meter fabric sale in exchange for a partial refund that covers the amount paid for the length of returned fabric.

How to request a return

  1. Contact Customer Services using the contact details on your order confirmation, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, (MST) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. Complete the form as instructed.
  2. Package the item(s) and completed return form securely inside a suitable package, in the original shipping box if possible. Include your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Your package can be returned in one of 3 ways:
  • If you originally collected your order from us in person, you can also deliver the to be returned to us in person. Please contact us using the contact details on your order confirmation, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, (MST) to arrange an appointment to return the item(s)
  • You can request that our courier collect the items from you. We will give you a quote for the shipping fees and you will be responsible for paying these before the item is collected.
  • You can send the package back on your own using your preferred courier service (we recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation to make sure your package arrives). You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

If the items are damaged or defective: Please contact Quammie Homecrafts Customer Service using the contact details on your order confirmation, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, (MST).

How Refunds are Processed

Upon receiving and processing your return, you will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including any taxes or processing fees, where applicable. If your package came with a prepaid shipping label, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns will be credited via the original form of payment unless they were paid for with cash on collection. In this case, we will contact you to discuss the option of receiving your refund by a different method after we have processed the return.

Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be processed and a refund made if the item was received by us within 21 days of the original delivery / collection. If original form of payment was a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to you within two to three weeks.

Please note: The original shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Items not eligible for a Return or Refund:

  • Clearance, discontinued and holiday/seasonal merchandise (i.e, product no longer available).
  • Merchandise purchased on final sale - your receipt will indicate whether this is the case.
  • Fabric or trim that has been cut to order* (for example, fabric cut by the yard or meter), dyed or washed, fabric remnants or Home Décor fabric swatches.
  • Pre-packaged items that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Please note: We reserve the right to research for the original purchase, and to limit or decline refunds. Lost or damaged merchandise return cards are not replaceable. Gift cards and merchandise return cards are not redeemable for cash, unless required by provincial law.

*We reserve the right to accept the return of any complete rolls that are part of a per yard / meter fabric sale in exchange for a partial refund that covers the amount paid for the length of returned fabric.
