Organ Needles - 10 pack - Stretch / Elastic Needles (HAx1SP / 15x1SP) - Type E (Flat Shank)

These special point needles are great for elasticated overlocking on your serger but are just as happy at home on your domestic sewing machine.

They have a medium ball point and a special shape that helps prevent skipped stitches when sewing on a serger machine. A unique scarf (the cutaway section above the needle eye) allows for greater clearance of the lower looper, helping with accurate stitch formation.

The needle has a combination of a slightly bulged eye and a slightly reduced blade above the eye, giving the appearance of a snake's head. The bulged eye opens a slightly larger space in the material and the thinner blade above the eye reduces contact between the material and the needle. This reduces needle heat-up and helps prevents skipped stitches.

A light ball point to separate the fibers rather than cutting them, avoids needle holes in knitted fabrics. Also available in regular point.

Each package contains 10 needles of the same size.
