If you're looking to purchase from the US craft site, KAMsnaps.com but don't want the hassle of dealing with US dollar payments, exchange fees and customs, let us deal with all that for you.

How it works:

1) Shop like normal on the KAMSnaps.com site. Once you've added everything you want to your cart, save a pdf or screenshot of the full cart to your system.

2) Upload the pdf / screenshot copies of your online cart(s) to this listing.

3) Checkout this listing - you will not be charged anything for this listing at this point.

4) We will review your request and get back to you with a quote in Canadian Dollars. As we are assuming the foreign exchange risk, this quote will only remain valid until the end of day, 2 days following your quote date. This quote will cover the cost of the product, delivery to us and then delivery from us to you.

Each quote will include a shopping service fee based on the number of USD retailers. This is currently C$5/retailer, but is subject to change without notice.

5) If you approve your quote, make payment as soon as possible. Once payment is received and converted to USD on our end (usually 4-5 business days) we will place your order. We will not order your items until payment is received.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) This is likely not a faster process than ordering the products directly from KAMSnaps.com yourself. Expect at least a week+ to be added to the order process.

2) It's possible that this service does not work out cheaper than if you ordered directly, but it will offer piece of mind that you are only dealing in CAD and do not have to worry about additional customs fees. We will not provide any credits or refunds for any differences in our quoted price compared to what you could have got via other methods, including ordering directly. Items ordered by this service are not covered by our price match guarantee.

2) We DO NOT offer any warranties for items ordered via this service.

3) All orders are FINAL SALE and non-refundable once the quote is paid, unless the retailer has run out of the product requested.

4) We will not quote for any items which go against shipping / import regulations. Any allowable but restricted items will be subject to a surcharge.
