Sometimes we come across great "craftable" items that are perfectly usable but unloved and would otherwise go to landfill. Rather than let this happen, we'll post them here so you have a chance to give them a new home.
Some of the items are surplus to production requirements of local manufacturers / retailers (think offcuts & trade samples) but are otherwise new and unused. Others have been previously used and have been reconditioned and cleaned as needed. Others still are byproducts in the production of other items (think sawdust).
A percentage of the proceeds from all sales in this section (excluding taxes and shipping) will be donated to Calgary-based non-profits in the form of credit at our store to thank them for the valuable work they are doing for our community. You will be given options to choose from when you add the item to your basket and you can even make your own suggestions which we'll add to the list of options for other shoppers. Help crafty organisations reach their creative goals faster.
